Phase 1 of hospital SLIB remodel nears completion

Phase 1 of the State Loan and Investment Board remodel project at the hospital is wrapping up this week, and crews are ready to begin on phase 2, North Big Horn Hospital CEO Peter Birkholz reported to the board of trustees at their regular monthly board meeting Tuesday, Aug. 19.

Jerry Case named BHCNRA superintendent

Jerry Case, a 32-year veteran of the National Park Service has been named superintendent of the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area in Wyoming and Montana, according to Intermountain Regional Director Mike Snyder. Case will assume his new position in early October.
