Lady Bulldogs drop four at conference duals

It was a rough weekend for the Lovell High School volleyball team as the Lady Bulldog varsity dropped all four matches in Powell during the 3A West Conference Duals.

In the opener Friday afternoon, the Lady Bulldogs fell to Mountain View 25-16, 25-14, 25-11. They played better Friday evening but fell to Pinedale 25-22, 9-25, 25-14, 25-18.

Saturday morning, Lovell fell to Lander 25-21, 25-16, 25-18 and Lyman 25-18, 25-13, 25-22.

Coach Stormy Jameson did not provide comments or statistics for the weekend, nor junior varsity scores from the tournament.

The Lady Bulldogs will host Thermopolis this evening (Thursday) for Senior Night with matches at 4, 5 and 6 p.m., then travel to Worland Friday for matches at 4, 5 and 6 p.m., as well. Both schools are conference opponents.
