Carol Joyce Sessions Welch, 90, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2025, at her home in Lovell.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 22, at 10 a.m. at the LDS Stake Center in Lovell. Interment will follow in the Cowley Cemetery. 

Haskell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A full obituary will run next week.
