Fairgrounds site of March 20 customer service training

Businesses and individuals looking to enhance their hospitality and customer service skills are invited to attend an upcoming Top-Notch Customer Service Training on Thursday, March 20, at the Big Horn County Fairgrounds in Basin.

This training is offered at two times, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 to 5 p.m., with a light meal provided at both sessions.

Presented by Hailey Sorj, University of Wyoming WORTH Educator, and Joddee Jacobsen, University of Wyoming Community, Health, and Vitality Educator, this session will provide essential skills for delivering outstanding customer service, improving workplace interactions, and fostering a positive business environment.
