Forest Bevan Jensen, 85, died Aug. 16, 2023, in Billings.

He was born March 6, 1938, to George Theodore Jensen and LaMar Lindsay at their home in Cowley. He was one of eight children. He attended and graduated from the Big Horn Academy in Cowley.

He married Audrey Ann Eastman on April 17, 1959, in Lovell. They had four children during their marriage of 38 years. After Audrey passed away July 30, 1994, he married Carolyn Bay in September of 1994 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bevan worked for Yellowstone County Maintenance and after retiring he worked as a door greeter for Walmart in the Billings Heights.

He loved camping, fishing, wood working, reading and watching westerns, playing cribbage, square dancing and watching WWE wrestling.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wives Audrey in 1994 and Carolyn in 2023; brother Marvin Jensen; sisters Clara Emmett, Berniece Gerard and baby Alene Jensen; granddaughter Teresina Ontiveros; and grandson David Reynolds.

Bevan is survived by his children, Anna Hegel (widowed) of Billings, Lars Jensen (Geoff) of Portland, Oregon, Leo Jensen (Tracy) of Spring Creek, Nevada, and Bettina (Rick) Ontiveros of Billings; six grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and siblings Charlotte Cox of Salt Lake City, Utah, Rex Jensen of Swansea, Wales, and Chris Jensen of Powell.
