Free health and wellness program for seniors coming to Lovell
A new educational opportunity to live and age well is coming to Lovell. The Keys to Embracing Aging program, a free health and wellness series designed especially for middle-aged and older adults, will be offered at the North Big Horn Senior Center.
Starting Wednesday, Aug. 20, the full seven-week program will be held weekly during lunch. Sessions continue each Wednesday through October 1.
Keys to Embracing Aging covers practical and inspiring topics, including healthy eating, physical activity, brain health, financial wellness, and social connection. Each participant receives a free magazine that includes all of the program content.
The program, developed by Kansas State University and presented by the University of Wyoming Extension, is free to the public. No registration is required. Just show up and bring a friend.
