Golf coaches win Mustang Days Golf Tournament

A trio of former and current Lovell High School golf coaches combined to win the Mustang Days Golf Tournament Saturday at Foster Gulch, sponsored by Midway Construction and Dirt Work.

Former LHS coaches Craig Lundberg and Dan Wolvington and current head coach Dane Robertson combined forces to take first in gross scoring with a score of 63, followed by the team of Morgan Baxendale, Ethan Price and Kade Nicholls with a 64.

In net scoring, the trio of Tim, Kirby and Taylor Winland captured first place with a score of 54.6, followed by the threesome of Kris Brimhall, Steve Coleman and Dusty Schultz at 54.8.

There were 16 teams competing in the tournament Saturday.
