Good wins twice while two repeat at BHC Fair rodeo

Lacee Good of Greybull was a two-event winner, taking first in the women’s breakaway and teaming up with K.C. Jones to capture the mixed team roping at this year’s Big Horn County Fair rodeo held Saturday.

While she was the only contestant to win twice, Kooper Apanashk and Joe Panetta repeated as champions of the junior bulls and the junior breakaway, respectively. 

The rodeo was the seventh of nine regular season stops on the Big Horn Rodeo Circuit. The final two will be in Thermopolis later this month and in Meeteetse over Labor Day weekend, with the circuit finals to follow.
