Grand marshal Heidi Brightly, a story of hometown pride

The Byron Days Parade will have a special touch of hometown pride this year as Heidi Brightly, a cherished Byron native, will take the honored position of grand marshal. Heidi grew up and graduated in Byron, forming the foundation of her deep connection to the community. After retiring, Heidi moved back to Byron, eager to spend time with her three children, grandchildren and longtime friends.
