Helen Threet White

June 25, 1923 – Nov. 27, 2015

Helen White, 92, died Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, of natural causes at the New Horizons Care Center in Lovell.Helen was born in Lovell on June 25, 1923. She was the third child to Grover Cleveland Threet and Annie Sessions Threet.  She grew up in Lovell and graduated from Lovell High School.[caption id="attachment_10659" align="alignright" width="177"] Helen Threet White[/caption]Helen married James Ruben White in Red Lodge, on July 6, 1941. They were sealed in the Temple at Idaho Falls. Born to this marriage were three children, Ruthann (Jim) Holzer, James R. White Jr. and Jerry (Peggy) White.Survivors include daughter Ruthann (Jim) Holzer and their children Mike (Christie) Holzer, Sandy (Jerry) Clark and Tim (Nicole) Holzer; son Jerry (Peggy) White and their kids James White and Jennifer (Ben) Shidler; and Danielle Plainfeather, daughter of James R. White Jr.; 20 great-grandchildren, Marc Holzer, Charisse Marsh, Brandon Holzer, Brian Florez, Shayla Clark, Kelsy Thaete, Ashley Schmidt, Mariah Cook, Brittany Holzer, Colt Kor, Gavin Holzer, Jesse Holzer, Jordan Roof, Keylmynie Kojakanian, Hailey Shidler, Ava Shidler, Sage McCleary, Moses Yellowrobe, Caylon Yellowrobe and JC Boggs and one great-great-grandson, Wyatt Thaete.Helen was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son James R. White Jr., great-granddaughter Amy Louise Florez, brother Ivan Threet and sister Evelyn Threet Dalin.The funeral was held on Nov. 30, 2015,  in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center in Lovell.  Interment was in the Lovell Cemetery with Haskell Funeral Home handling the arrangements.
