Letter to the Editor: Writer stands with President Trump and his words

Dear Editor,

In late 1975 I passed through the Pillars of Hercules, and in early 1976 again passed through the Pillars of Hercules. I was serving on a submarine at the time and being under water didn’t see anything through four inches of HY80 steel.

I have observed Christians on knees taking the holy sacraments in churches in Lovell, Wyoming.

We have all seen Iran screaming death to America, Iran promising total destruction of America the big Satan and death to the little Satan Israel. Heaven forbid our president says anything back.

President Lyndon Johnson and President Richard Nixon acted very presidential while 58,220 soldiers died for no known reason in Vietnam plus countless injured soldiers. One friend of mine stepped on a land mine, causing misery that’s hard to imagine. Another friend fell 15 feet out of a helicopter. My third friend suffers to this day from the effects of Agent Orange.

President Carter during the Iran hostage situation was very presidential. But maybe not for the hostages.

President Clinton acted very presidential with Monica Lewinski. Very presidential.

Want to be presidential candidate Hillary Clinton? Thankfully not. She called Trump supporters “A basket full of deplorables.”

President Biden stumbling and bumbling around, wow. Letting any illegal alien cross our border totally not vetted. Over 2,000 citizens killed by illegal aliens. But Biden was very presidential.

President Trump says a couple of potty words, oh my God. I was 6 years in the Navy and 31 years with Marathon Oil Company and am very familiar with these words and use them frequently. Using these words, I totally understood totally what President Trump said.
