LHS Construction Tech students begin tiny cabin project

The Lovell High School Construction Technology class has launched another hands-on project, continuing its tradition of building practical structures that showcase student skills.
“The project we are working on is a 14-foot wide by 44-foot long, two-bedroom, one-bath tiny cabin,” said instructor Bret George. “It will have lofts above both bedrooms on each end of the house and two entry/exit doors. The project is being built with a partnership between LHS and KB Lumber as a sponsor. It will be sold at the end or at any time during the build to anyone who may be interested.”
Those interested in more information about the cabin may contact George at bgeorge@bgh2 or by calling Lovell High School at 548-2256.
