LMS eighth graders split opening games

Starting their season strong, the Lovell Middle School Lady Bulldog basketball team went up against the Greybull Buffalos on November 3 in Greybull and ended up with a successful day. Starting with a win and a loss, the eighth-grade teams are already proving they have fight against their opponents.

The eighth-grade A team overtook the Buffalos, beating them 38-29. The Bulldogs showed great determination and skill during this game and proved why they deserved that first win of the season. The B team also showed great talent but fell short to the Buffalos in a tight contest, 27-24. 

Tuesday, the Lady Bulldogs went up against the Worland Braves. The A team once again showed their developing talent, beating the Braves 43-28. The B team fell short 40-10.

The Lady Bulldogs will host Rocky Mountain at home today (Thursday) at 4:15 p.m. and the Cody Fillies on Tuesday, also at 4:15.
