Lyle Franco, called Chach by those who knew him, passed away June 11, 2023. 

He was born Jan. 20, 1953, in Lovell. When he was 9 years old the family moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he grew up. In 1972 he graduated from Harrison High. He worked at Western Forge for 15 years.

After returning to Wyoming, Lyle worked summers, traveling all around the Mountain West and the North Central states, selling lemonade at festivals. He spent the winters in Wyoming.

Lyle was preceded in death by his father, Hilario Franco, and sister Evea Franco.

He is survived by his wife, Lupe Franco, mother Rafaela Franco and sisters Mary Philip and Yolanda Bevan. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
