Lynn (Wardell) Lundberg

Oct. 25, 1956 – May 21, 2024

Lynn (Wardell) Lundberg, 67, of Lovell passed away May 21, 2024, in her hometown of Lovell. 

She was born on October 25, 1956, in Lovell to Jean (Harston) Wardell. 

Lynn was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was married to Steve Lundberg, and together they built a beautiful family and life. 

Lynn was passionate about reading and had a great love for music. She dedicated much of her time to her family and enjoyed various crafts, including making birdhouses, mop dolls and stained-glass creations. Lynn also found joy in making Woobles. 

She always supported her family’s endeavors and took great pride in bragging about them whenever she could. Lynn had a special gift for making everyone feel like family. She was a mom to many and had the unique ability to make all who knew her feel welcomed and loved.

Lynn had a strong testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Her faith guided her throughout her life, providing her with strength, comfort and direction.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Wardell. 

Lynn is survived by her mother, Jean (Harston) Wardell; loving husband Steve Lundberg; children Craig (Tashie) Lundberg, Kristen Lundberg and Nevaeh Lundberg; cherished grandchildren Caitlyn (David) James, Brenden Lundberg, Adessa Lundberg, Carter Lundberg and Ryderlyn Henry; brothers Mel (Shawna) Wardell, Mark Wardell, Jeff (Karen) Wardell and Bryan (Cheryl) Wardell; and sister Janice Wardell.

Lynn will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 31, at 9 a.m. at the LDS Stake Center, followed by funeral services at 10 a.m. Lynn will be laid to rest at the Lovell Cemetery immediately following the funeral.
