Nancy Jo Gibson, 80, of Manderson, Wyo., passed away on Nov. 13, 2021, at her home in Manderson, Wyo.

Nancy was born on Aug. 21, 1941, in Kokomo, Ind., to Dick and Ruby Kinsey. She was their only child. She spent most of her life in Kokomo, Ind., where she attended grade school and middle school. It was only just recently that she and her daughter Elizabeth “Nicole” moved to the Big Horn Basin area.

In Indiana, Nancy was a member of the Eagles and Salvation Army church which she loved. She was primarily a homemaker and loved every minute that she would get to spend with her children, grandchildren, and other family members.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth “Nicole” Cody of Manderson, Wyo.; son, Ronald Lee Adamson of Blackfoot, Idaho; four grandchildren: Brandi Gamblin, Sandra Graf, Keith Bybee (Jessica) and Amanda Scott (Josh). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren: Samantha, Johny, Alex, Braden, Jayden, Karter, Trista, Todd, and a 10th due in February.

Nancy will be deeply missed by her entire family.

A small service was held on Nov. 24, 2021 at 11am at the Atwood Family Chapel in Basin. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atwood Family Funeral Directors.
