A beautiful quilt on display at the North Big Horn Senior Citizens Center is currently being raffled with all proceeds going to the center’s quilt fund. The quilt fund is used to purchase supplies for quilting projects that take place at the center.
It is a one block wonder pattern, made from fabric donated to the center. Rena Croft pieced the quilt and sewed the fabric together. Volunteers from the center tied it.
Tickets are currently available at the center for $5 apiece or five tickets for $20. Blank tickets were sent to members who receive the center’s monthly newsletter. Those tickets can be mailed to the center along with payment.
The drawing for the colorful quilt will be held on August 2 at the center’s monthly board meeting. The winner of the raffle will be contacted by telephone.
