Police report:‘Puppies in peril’ call unfounded
The Lovell Police Department received the following calls for the week of September 16 - September 22:
September 16: Police responded to a call at Warrior Veteran Support Center about a disoriented 70-year-old woman. Police handled the situation.
September 17: Police responded to a call where someone reported “neglected puppies” on West 8th Street. Everything was OK. No puppies were being hurt.
September 19: Police responded to a break-in that happened at the Family Vision Clinic on Nevada Avenue. The prowler was caught on camera trying to break in with a screwdriver, and then leaving and coming back again to try and break in a second time. Police are currently investigating.
