The Lovell Police Department received the following calls for the week of January 13--19:

January 14: 10:14 a.m. – A caller reported a missing black and yellow husky/golden retriever mix with a black collar and no town tags that had been lost on Jersey Avenue.

January 15: 3:29 p.m. – A caller reported that two boys on electric scooters were “acting careless.” An officer made contact with the boys and talked to them about riding safely.

6:38 p.m. – An employee at Maverik reported that a male and female were engaged in a fight – a verbal argument – in front of the store. Dispatch was then advised that the pair had left the property and there was no need to respond.

January 17: 7:40 p.m. – A caller reported that someone was attempting to break into her neighbor’s apartment at the Town View Apartments and was worried that the person had attempted to break into her apartment, as well. An officer responded and cleared the building, unable to discover anyone attempting to break into apartments.

January 18: 4:28 a.m. – Two vehicles with occupants who the caller feared might be passed out were reported at Maverik, having been there for an hour or more. It was discovered that they were simply taking a nap before work.
