Police Report: Alcohol a factor in two arrests over the weekend
The Lovell Police Department received the following calls for the week of April 22-28:
April 22: Police dispatchers were advised that a student at the high school pulled the fire alarm and there was no need to respond.
April 24: An intoxicated person was escorted from a business by police after refusing to leave.
April 26: An intoxicated person was reported at a local bank. The report was unfounded.
April 27: A domestic argument was reported between two women. The matter was settled peacefully.
Officers investigated a report of animal neglect. The report was unfounded.
A man brandishing a gun allegedly pointed it at another man during a domestic altercation. The matter is under investigation.
April 28: Thomas Joshua Ware of Modesto, California, was arrested after kicking in the front door of a residence in the presence of a police officer. He was charged with felony criminal entry and DUI. Other charges are pending.
Officers responded to a report of a stolen cell phone. Not enough information was available for police to act.
An intoxicated individual was reported by family members who reached out for assistance during the incident. Twenty-year-old Kaige Zander Allphin was arrested and charged with breach of the peace and minor in possession of alcohol and tobacco.
