Police Report: Kids playing near canal told to quiet down

The Lovell Police Department received the following calls for the week of June 17-23:
June 17: Officers responded to a call regarding two friends who were arguing over possession of banking related items. One person involved agreed to return the items.
During a welfare check, officers discovered the body of a man who was deceased. The county coroner is investigating cause of death. There appeared to be no foul play.
Officers looked into a noise complaint and found that it was just a group of juveniles playing near a bridge. The youth were asked to quiet down.
June 20: A vehicle parked with its flasher lights blinking created cause for concern. Officers investigated but found the lights had been left on by mistake.
Officers checked on a noise complaint near the Western Sugar factory but were unable to locate the noise.
June 21: A dispute between an arguing couple was determined to be verbal and not physical in nature.
June 22: Officers assisted the sheriff’s department in locating a missing youth.
June 23: Park County officials alerted Lovell police to be on the lookout for a man who was shot in Park County. They were unable to locate the man.
Officers helped divert traffic on Highway 310 near the sugar factory while officials investigated a report of a gas leak.
