Stahly and Pryor Mountain Engineering firms announce merger
Stahly Engineering and Pryor Mountain Engineering have announced their merger, bringing together two respected firms with a “shared commitment to service, community impact and engineering excellence across Wyoming and the broader region,” according to a company press release.
Pryor Mountain Engineering will now operate as Pryor Mountain Engineering, a Stahly company.
The merger builds on Pryor Mountain Engineering’s 25-year legacy of Wyoming-first service while expanding the firm’s ability to deliver larger, faster and more complex multi-discipline projects, the release states. The combined organization will offer clients greater depth through expanded regional resources, peer review and a broader bench of technical expertise, while maintaining the trusted local relationships and personal touch Pryor Mountain is known for.
A key focus of the merger is continuity. Wyoming office and project leadership will remain in place, ensuring clients continue working with the people and teams they know, while gaining access to a stronger regional platform. Shared values around service and community impact helped make the partnership a natural fit for both firms, the release continues.
“We’ve been established for 25 years, and this partnership allows us to continue on with that value,” Pryor Mountain owner Willie Bridges said. “Our focus on rural areas, communities and counties — the niche we’ve built — remains intact, and Stahly’s alignment ensures that legacy continues.”
Added Pryor Mountain’s Michael Calvin, “There’s been projects we may have previously had to pass up because of scope or diversity; we can now pursue those — and that’s exciting.”
“Service is why we show up every day, and this is why we feel Pryor Mountain matched Stahly’s culture,” Stahly CEO Greg Benjamin said. “We look forward to the next 25 years of growth in the Big Horn Basin, combining Pryor Mountain’s personal touch with Stahly’s regional capacity and expertise.”
Together, Stahly Engineering and Pryor Mountain Engineering are positioned to provide clients throughout Wyoming and Montana with the same trusted local service they have always relied on, now backed by broader regional capacity and multidisciplinary expertise, the release states.
Pryor Mountain Engineering has served Wyoming for 25 years, building a reputation for trusted relationships, local expertise and a strong focus on rural communities, counties and practical project delivery, the release states.
Stahly Engineering is a regional engineering firm serving communities across Wyoming and Montana, with a culture centered on service, community impact and technical excellence, the release continues.
