Summer programming begins at the library

Adventure begins at your library. Join us for the summer reading opening party on Tuesday, May 28, at 2 p.m. The program will run for five weeks.

This year, along with reading, we are offering several opportunities to be creative and learn new art skills. The Big Horn County Library System received a grant from the Wyoming Arts Council making this possible. The program is available for all ages with activities planned for toddlers through adults.

Patrons can stop by the library or call 548-7228 to sign up. Our mission is to encourage lifelong learning by providing resources to enrich our communities. With this in mind, we also have art kits available for check out to take home and self-guide your project. Paint, art journal, crochet, diamond art and needle felting are among the kits. Patrons need to be 14 or older to check these out. 

We will continue to hold adult bingo, book clubs, Lego club, family history help and TCT Tec assistance during the summer. Please stop by the library or contact us for more information on these events. We appreciate our community and look forward to serving you.
