Day of Good Will set for June 8

The annual Day of Good Will has been scheduled for Saturday, June 8, in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints parking lot in Lovell.

Donations may be brought to that location between 7 and 8 a.m. that day to place on the tables provided.

As an added aspect of this service project, there will be a table set up for those willing and able to help put together personal hygiene bags for local emergency agencies.

Donations are limited to items in good, clean condition, such as housewares, toys, books, small tools and clothing or shoes with no stains, rips or tears.

No appliances, electronics or furniture will be accepted.

Free shopping will be held from 8 a.m. to noon and is open to everyone, with cleanup from 12-1 p.m.

All leftover items will be bagged, placed on a trailer and hauled to the landfill.

Volunteers to help throughout the day in any capacity would also be greatly appreciated.
