Thirty-eight entries in this year’s fair quilt show

Volunteer Viki Davis said the quilt show at the Basin City Arts Center had 38 entries in five categories: handwork, small, medium and large quilts and art quilts.  

Fifty people, not including volunteers, came to the show. 

The winners were Mary Lou Doyle (art quilt category), Judy Lawrence (small and large quilt categories), Viki Davis (medium quilt category) and Joan Whipps (handwork).
